Logging In
Sign in to your 1st Flock account with email and password or social sign-in providers including Google, Amazon, and Apple.
Logging In
To access any 1st Flock app, you'll first sign in through the authentication page. You can log in using your email address and password, or use one of the available social sign-in providers.
Email and Password
Enter the email address and password you used when you created your account. Your email is validated as you type to help catch typos before you submit. After entering your credentials, click "Sign In" to proceed.
If your account has multi-factor authentication enabled, you'll be prompted to complete a verification step after entering your password. See Multi-Factor Authentication for details on how this works.
Social Sign-In
You can also sign in using an existing account from one of these providers:
- Google — Use your Google account (personal or Google Workspace)
- Amazon — Use your Amazon account
- Apple — Use your Apple ID
When you choose a social provider, a secure popup window opens for you to authorize 1st Flock. Once authorized, you're signed in automatically. If this is your first time using a social provider, a 1st Flock account is created for you using the name and email from your provider profile.
Social sign-in uses the same secure authentication system as email and password. Your social provider credentials are never shared with 1st Flock — only a secure authorization token is exchanged.
Email Verification
If you created your account but haven't verified your email yet, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code the first time you sign in. Check your inbox for a message from 1st Flock containing a six-digit code, enter it on the verification screen, and you'll be signed in automatically once verified.
Automatic Redirect
When you navigate to a 1st Flock app (such as Church Management or Finance) without an active session, you're redirected to the login page. After signing in successfully, you'll be sent back to the app you were originally trying to access. This happens seamlessly — you don't need to navigate back manually.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid email or password" — Double-check that your email is spelled correctly and that you're using the right password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset feature.
Social sign-in popup is blocked — Your browser may be blocking the authorization popup. Allow popups for the 1st Flock authentication page and try again.
"User is not confirmed" — This means your email hasn't been verified yet. Check your inbox for a verification code, or request a new one from the login screen.
