Dashboard
The Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of your church's financial health. Monitor key metrics, track trends, and access frequently used actions from one central location.
Key Performance Indicators
Total Funds Balance: Sum of all fund balances across your organization. This reflects the current state of all your tracked finances.
Monthly Donations: Total donations received in the last 30 days, displayed with a trend comparison against the previous 30-day period. See whether giving is increasing or decreasing.
Monthly Expenses: Total expenses recorded in the current month. Includes bank transactions and manual entries. Trend indicator shows comparison to the previous month's expenses.
Each KPI card displays the current value, the percentage change, and a visual indicator (up arrow for increases, down arrow for decreases). This helps you quickly identify financial trends and patterns.
Recent Activity
The Recent Activity widget displays the last three days of transactions and events in your finance system. Each entry is color-coded to indicate its type:
- Income transactions (donations, deposits) appear in green
- Expense transactions (withdrawals, payments) appear in red
- Other events (fund transfers, allocations) appear in neutral blue
Click any activity entry to view full details or take further action.

- View Ledger — Access your full transaction history and add new entries
- Manage Funds — Create funds, adjust allocations, and view fund details
- View Reports — Generate and export financial reports
- Settings — Configure app preferences and tax options
Dashboard Tips
Refresh your browser to see real-time updates if transactions have been added recently. For automated bank imports via Plaid, transactions may take 24 hours to appear after posting at your bank.
Check the dashboard regularly to spot anomalies in giving patterns or expense trends that may indicate operational changes or require attention.
