Your personalized dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It provides an at-a-glance view of your church's activity and key information.

Customizing Your Dashboard

The dashboard is built from configurable panels that you can arrange to suit your workflow. Each panel displays different information—upcoming events, recent donations, member birthdays, attendance summaries, or upcoming service plans.

To add or remove panels: Click the settings icon in the dashboard header. A panel selector will appear showing available widgets. Toggle panels on and off, then save your configuration. Your layout is saved automatically to your account and will appear the same way each time you log in.

To rearrange panels: When in edit mode, click and drag panels to reorder them. Panels will snap into place on your screen.

Dashboard Panels

Available panels include:

Welcome & Greeting: A personalized welcome message with the current date and weather (if enabled). Particularly useful first thing in the morning.

Upcoming Events: Shows events scheduled for the next 7 or 14 days. Click an event to view details or register if you're a member.

Recent Giving: For administrators and finance staff, displays recent donations and giving trends.

Service Plan: Preview the upcoming service with assigned team members and special announcements.

Member Anniversaries & Birthdays: Highlights member milestones to help you connect personally.

Attendance Summary: Staff-only panel showing attendance trends across events and services.

Groups: Display active groups and small groups your church is running.

Time Range Filter

At the top of the dashboard, adjust the date range to focus on a specific period. Select from preset ranges (Today, This Week, This Month) or create a custom date range by clicking the calendar selector. The panels will update to show data for your chosen period.

Saving Your Layout

All dashboard customizations are saved in real time. If you're on a shared computer, log out when you're done to ensure others don't see your personalized view.
