Profile

Your profile contains your personal information shared across 1st Flock. It appears in member directories, event registrations, donation records, and anywhere your name is displayed in the system.

Accessing Your Profile

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the app and select "My Profile" to view or edit your information.

Editing Your Profile

You can update the following information:

Personal Information

• First Name: Your first name as you want it displayed
• Last Name: Your last name
• Email Address: Your primary email for account login and notifications
• Phone Number: Your contact number for the church to reach you (optional)

Address Information

• Street Address: Your home address (line 1 and line 2)
• City: Your city of residence
• State: Your state or province
• Zip Code: Your postal code
• Country: Your country of residence

Profile Photo

Upload a profile photo that will display next to your name in member directories and event lists. Supported formats are JPEG and PNG images.

To add or change your photo:

1. Click the camera icon on your profile photo area
2. Select an image from your device
3. Crop and adjust as needed
4. Click "Save"

Profile Visibility

Your profile information is visible to other church members based on your church's privacy settings:

• Full members can typically see other members' names and contact information
• Guest access may be more limited depending on your church's configuration
• Administrators can see all profile information across the entire congregation

Sharing Across Churches

If you belong to multiple churches, your name and contact information are shared across all of them. However, you can set a preferred name or nickname if you prefer to be known differently in different church contexts.

Privacy

Your profile data is encrypted and stored securely. Your email and phone number are only visible to other members and staff if your church's privacy settings allow it.

Changes and Updates

Any changes you make to your profile are saved immediately and reflected across all churches you belong to. For example, if you update your phone number, it will be current in all your church directories.
